By nature, I am a deep thinker and a deep feeler. Being neurodivergent and highly sensitive, I often sense things long before I can name them. For years I have felt “icky” around using social media and it has taken me along time to name this as mean girl culture - an undercurrent of social cruelty that is hard to define but is deeply felt by many, especially on social media platforms.
