You are invited to join me for an afternoon of reflection, intention and conscious forward movement for the year ahead. 2026 marks the year of the horse in the Chinese Lunar calendar, which represents the qualities of vitality, movement and momentum.
As a 1 year, it also holds the energy of new beginnings - a great time to re-set our inner compass, re-evaluate our values and consciously choose how we want to move forward into the new year…….
Abundance and manifestation have become overused buzzwords, empty of meaning or substance and quite frankly I’m pretty tired of the hype, especially because, abundance in its truest form is a deeply sacred and traditional teaching. But has unfortunately been turned into a marketing tool that promises instant success, material wealth and a perfect influencer lifestyle. So somehow we end up chasing more, more, more without any real purpose.

This is a fun afternoon of creating and dreaming. Vision boards have always been something I have created for myself and I discovered this year that most neurodivergent people process information more effectively when it’s presented in visual form.
Erin is returning for another three separate workshops during 2024. Voice activation work is layered, (kind of like peeling off the layers of an onion) . Each time we show up, we allow ourselves to move more deeply into our healing, whatever that might look like for us.
Did you know that our voice is one of our greatest tools for self expression, emotional release, advocacy and empowerment. Our voice is a transmission of who we are and gives people information far beyond the words that we speak. But most of us suppress, judge and criticise our own voices. The number one biggest fear that humans have is having to speak in public.
This workshop is a deeply transformational experience to help cultivate confidence in using your voice to speak up and out. It will help activate your voice and release any energetic blockages when it comes to confidently speaking and communicating in your work, your relationships and your self expression.
The workshop will include;
* Sound healing experience
* Vocal toning
* Guided meditation
* Self reflection and inner healing to release energetic blockages within the throat chakra
* Tools and techniques to help you activate and explore your voice

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious or ungrounded, or like your feet just can’t touch the ground because you are always rushing through your life.
Join us for an afternoon workshop designed to provide you with practical tools and strategies to reduce anxiety and calm your nervous system.
You will learn effective breathwork techniques to calm your body and mind and other methods and strategies to increase your resilience and capacity to handle the up’s and down’s and busyness and challenges of daily life.

It’s important that we take time away from our busy lives to do the same. These sessions are designed to regulate and nourish our frazzled nervous systems so that we have the time and space to unwind the stress and tension in the mind and the body. Each session will include gentle restorative yoga poses using weighted blankets, breath work, aromatherapy and will include a 15 minute head and neck massage. We will finish the session with a delicious afternoon tea with freshly brewed chai around the fire pit.

This month’s Gather we will be exploring the topic of SELF SOVEREIGNTY. Living our lives with sovereignty is when we live from inner authority and consciously choose to become larger than our fears, of rejection, judgement and shame, and stand in truth and integrity, no matter the cost.
This session will include a fire ceremony and ritual for releasing anything that is no longer serving us.
Gather is an invitation to connect with a community of like minded women, gathering tools and ideas to help us live nourishing, soulful and meaningful lives. Each 3 hour session will include a short meditation, ceremony, some gentle embodiment practices, journaling, inspirational conversation and tea. Each month we will have a different theme and will explore topics such as sovereignty, self compassion, feminine leadership, creativity, mindfulness soulful living, self sabotage, intuition, embodiment and personal values.
I will draw from the teachings of many of my mentors including Brene Brown, Bethany Webster, Eckhart Tolle, Lisa McCrohan and Sarah Durham Wilson, as well as my own lived experience.
Please note that I am capping numbers for our gatherings to 8 women as I feel this offers a more intimate and safe container for each of us to share more vulnerably and deeply.

From a yogic perspective, menopause is a very important and special time in a woman’s life – a time of transition that needs to be cherished and celebrated. It is not a condition or a disease that many women are led to believe, it is a very important time where the woman has the opportunity to prioritise care for her health and well being in all aspects – physically, mentally, emotionally, sexually & spiritually. It is the age of ‘Life Experience’ that is to be enjoyed, signalling the end to youthful restrictions and welcoming the greater freedom that the next life brings.
Yoga can be a potent tool to help alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms of menopause, including hot flushes, insomnia, depression, irritability and erratic menstrual cycles.
Many women have found that yoga, especially restorative style practices can reduce these symptoms. Tanya will be talking about the ways in which we can support ourselves through this life transition using breathing techniques, inversions and yoga asanas.
So whether you’re currently experiencing menopausal symptoms or not, remembering prevention is the best way to go, this workshop will completely give you the knowledge and tools to embrace this beautiful transition in your life.
We live in a culture that encourages us to train hard, push our limits, lift weights, run marathons and avoid carbs. We spend most of our lives punishing and condemning ourselves by trying to change and fix our bodies, constantly weighing ourselves and our self worth by the number on the scale and what our bodies look like. We treat our bodies like machines when in fact they are living organisms that are worthy of our love and respect. We live in these cycles of shame, body hatred and self disgust, spending our entire lives “at war” with our bodies.
I have personally walked through the fires of anorexia nervosa, addiction, anxiety and depression and have been working with a mentor/therapist for the past 12 years to navigate my way through these issues. These processes have helped me heal my relationship with my body and I am deeply passionate about helping others heal and reclaim themselves.
During our time together we will explore the concepts of HAES, living with a non-dietmentality, weight inclusivity and body neutrality and acceptance.
Body acceptance is a comfortable companionship and everyday relationship with food and our bodies that is deeply rooted in loving kindness and self acceptance as we are ‘right now’ not tomorrow or any time in the future.
Weaving together the practices of yoga psychology, intuitive eating, mindfulness and yoga as tools of integration, embodiment and self awareness to find our way out of suffering and recover our very best bodies and lives.
This month's GATHER is for those who are ready to reclaim their fullness and a healthy relationship to their bodies, to listen to their own internal wise woman, speak their truth and heal themselves and this earth from the pain of separation, resistance and self-abandonment.
