Rest and Renew Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle practice commonly referred to as ‘moving meditation’ that deeply nourishes your body, mind and nervous system. Classes include gentle stretching, breath-work and some deep relaxation to finish.

A great practice for those that suffer from anxiety, insomnia, recovering from an injury or illness, or those who find it hard to relax. You will leave these classes feeling refreshed, relaxed and lighter, both physically and mentally.

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

Slow Flow Yoga

A slightly more energetic class than restorative, but still gentle enough for all levels. These classes include gentle flowing movements designed to warm and unwind. These classes are gently energising using the breath and movement to stretch and rejuvenate both the body and mind.

Suitable for all levels with variations and modifications offered throughout the class. You will leave this class feeling energised and mentally uplifted.

Yin Yoga - Slow Deep Stretch

Yin yoga is a perfect balance to the stronger ‘yang’ practices of our fast-paced lifestyle and perfect if your body is tight or you do a lot of strength work. It is suitable for all levels.

Slowing down your practice can help you maintain control of your breath, build stamina and intensify your practice. Yin Yoga postures are held for slightly longer periods, targeting connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine as well as the the connective tissues surrounding the muscles and joints. This helps increase of blood flow to nourish and rejuvenate your body.

Deep-Rest Restorative Yoga

Come and treat yourself to the ultimate self-care in this semi-private deep-rest class and allow yourself the time and space to unwind and deeply relax.

Perfect for anyone suffering from adrenal fatigue, stress or insomnia, this intimate class focuses on helping your central nervous system to recover and repair and makes use of supported poses, props, essential oils, and flower essence sprays.

Duration: 2 hours

Stretch and Release
Yoga for Men

If you suffer from a sore back, tight shoulders, neck or hips. Or if you have trouble sleeping and/or relaxing, come and give our Men’s Stretch and Release class a try. Our smaller classes provide personal attention in a safe and supportive environment. All poses can be modified to suit every level.
Classes will suit those new to yoga, the elderly and those recovering from injury or illness .

Mindfulness Meditation

A fully guided meditation class that offers practical mindfulness life skills that will help you reduce stress, improve your mental well-being and build inner resilience and calm.

A great practice for those who would like to feel more centred, calm and clear in their lives.

No prior experience with meditation is required.



Kids + Teens Yoga Classes

Most adults, when they experience the benefits of yoga in their daily lives wish they had started sooner. Give your child the benefit of a head start, through the practice of yoga and mindfulness for kids and teens! Seed Yoga offers classes, holiday programs and workshops especially designed by Tanya Cameron.

The following classes aim to help develop body awareness, strength and flexibility; improve confidence and positive body image; equip them with strategies that help manage stress; and build resilience, and assist them to navigate the challenges of daily life.


CreativeYoga For Kids

Ages 8-11

A fun and engaging class that incorporates dance, yoga games , story-telling, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. These classes encourage free expression, socialising with other children and healthy body awareness.

These classes are paid for by the term ($185) and include a healthy afternoon tea.

Duration: 1 hour
Class size: 10 people


Yoga for Tweens

Ages 9-12

These classes include yoga stretches, guided visualisation, breathing exercises and confidence building games. We aim to provide a safe and supportive container for tweens to explore self care, healthy body awareness and promote positive friendships.

These classes are paid for by the term ($185) and include a healthy afternoon tea.

Yoga For Teens

Ages 13-17

Get flowing and glowing with these fun and energising classes especially tailored for teenagers.

Classes include asana sequences to groovy tunes, breathing, guided visualisation and relaxation techniques. A great practice to encourage healthy body awareness, self-care and good mental health habits.

These classes are paid for by the term ($150).
