Presence
Presence is a choice
To stay
It is stillness
The willingness to meet ourselves
Exactly where we are
To pause in the middle of the noise
Not to fix
But to feel
The capacity to be with all of ourselves
The ache,
The joy
The confusion
The clarity
To soften
When everything wants us to brace
To soothe
Without silencing
To allow
Without collapsing
Presence is not a destination
But a practice
Presences asks nothing
But honesty
Can you allow what is here without turning away?
