Soothe

Frantic

Exhausted

Overwhelmed

Running on empty

This culture of rushing and hustle

Demanding everything

Offering nothing in return

Frazzled nervous systems

Carry the weight of

Too much

Too fast

Too soon

Restoration is the antidote to fragmentation

Self tending

Is not indulgent

But necessary

Relief lies in the slowing down

In the learning to feel

To sense

To listen

To what is

Attunement invites ease

Softens the edges

Reminds us that we don't have to live in a constant state of urgency or rush

Slowing down is not only a retreat

But a return

To our body

Our breath

To tend to what truly matters
